At first, many will believe he is humanity’s greatest hope.

However, behind his attractive image will be a satanically inspired agenda designed to oppose God and replace Christ.

Why Will the Antichrist Sign a Seven-Year Peace Agreement?

The Bible teaches that the Antichrist will broker a major peace covenant involving Israel and many nations👇

Following wars, geopolitical instability, and the aftermath of the Gog and Magog conflict, the Middle East will become the focal point of international concern.

Israel will stand at the center of global tensions, and world leaders will be desperate to prevent another catastrophic conflict.

The Antichrist will emerge as the only leader seemingly capable of negotiating a historic peace settlement.

Scripture declares:

“He shall confirm a covenant with many for one week.”

Daniel 9:27

In prophetic interpretation, this “week” represents seven years.

This agreement will likely include:

1) Security guarantees for Israel

2) International political cooperation

3) Regional peace arrangements

4) Religious concessions in Jerusalem

5) Economic and diplomatic partnerships

For the first three and a half years, the Antichrist will strengthen his authority and expand his global influence while appearing to be a peacemaker.

The Bible reveals that halfway through the seven-year period, he will suddenly break the covenant and reveal his true character.

“In the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.”

At that moment, he will openly oppose God, enter the rebuilt temple, and demand worship for himself.

This event marks the beginning of what Jesus called the Great Tribulation, the most severe period of suffering the world has ever known.

“He takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.”

What Will the Antichrist Do After Taking Global Power?

The Bible teaches that the Antichrist will establish the most powerful dictatorship in human history👇

After breaking the seven-year covenant at the midpoint, he will move rapidly to consolidate complete control over the nations.

His global system will be built upon:

2) Economic control

3) Religious persecution

5) Propaganda and deception

Scripture also reveals that he will work closely with another end-times figure known as the False Prophet.

The False Prophet will function as the religious leader of the Antichrist’s system.

His role will be to persuade the world to worship the Antichrist and accept his authority.

The Bible says he will perform deceptive signs and miracles that will convince many people to follow the Beast.

“He deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs.”
